Salad Nicoise

1 pound small red potatoes, cut into quarters
1 9-ounce package frozen cut green beans
16 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
8 black olives
1 (8-ounce) fresh tuna steak, cooked and broken into chunks
1 head Boston or butter leaf lettuce 
8 tablespoons Wishbone's Fat-Free Caesar dressing


Place cut potatoes in a saucepan with enough water to cover. Bring water to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for about 15 minutes or until done. Drain potatoes and rinse under cold water to cool. Set aside.  Cook green beans according to package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool. Set aside.  Coat a small nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium-high heat unti hot. Add tuna, and cook 3 minutes on each side until medium-rare or to desird degree of doneness. Break into chunks. Arrange washed and dried lettuce leaves on four serving plates. Arrange potatoes, beans, tomatoes, olives and tuna in separate piles on lettuce. Pour 2 tablespoons of salad dressing over each salad. Serve extra dressing on the side.
