Four 4-ounce albacore tuna steaks, skin removed
1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
1 cup water
3 cloves crushed garlic
Put all marinade ingredients into a jar and shake vigorously. Pour into a casserole dish. Dip steaks in marinade (both sides) and place on barbecue or broiler. Cook 5 to 6 minutes on each side. Do not overcook. I suggest a wire fish-cooking basket for the fish, which prevents losing any through the grill.
